COVID-19 Statement

State Central Bank wants to ensure the health and well-being of our customers and employees by following our procedures that are already in place as part of our business continuity plans. We are actively monitoring the situation and following guidelines provided by the authorities in the communities that we serve. The following precautions/procedures are currently in place:

  • Regular disinfecting of high contact areas such as door handles, front counters.
  • Practicing proper hand hygiene, cleaning, and sanitizing procedures.
  • Encouraging any employee who feels unwell, to stay home until they are feeling better.
State Central Bank would also like to let you know that we encourage our customers to utilize our ATM's, where you have the ability to deposit your funds, and then immediately withdraw up to $100 in cash with out any ATM fees.

We also encourage you to sign up for Net Teller, so that you can monitor your accounts, check your balances, and you can transfer money between State Central Accounts. You can also make loan payments and sign up for bill pay once you are registered!  You can click on the link to the right to download the application. Once you have downloaded it, please print and complete. You can then drop it by your branch or mail it in via the post office. You can also submit your form via the "About Us" tab at the top of the page, and choose the "Email Us" link. Once that page loads, click on Secure Email and follow the prompts to set up a secure way to get the form to us. We do not recommend sending it via your personal e-mail, as this method is not secure. If you need assistance, please feel free to call your local branch for help!

As the situation may change, we will continue to communicate those changes to our customers in the most timely fashion that we can.

We want to thank you for your patience and trust as we navigate this together, and please remember that State Central Bank is here to serve you, and as always is FDIC Insured!
